Shipping policy

1. Order Processing and Fulfillment

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock products are processed and dispatched the next business day following payment confirmation.

  • Pre-Orders: Items marked as "Pre-Order" will ship according to the estimated timeline provided on the product page.

  • Logistics: We operate from multiple fulfillment centers (including the USA and Europe) to ensure efficient global delivery. Your order will be dispatched from the most suitable location based on stock availability and your destination.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

  • United States: We offer Free Standard Shipping within the continental US. Most orders are delivered via FedEx or DHL.

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package. We use reliable carriers to ensure your professional gear arrives safely.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • USA Orders: All applicable duties and taxes for shipments within the United States are included in the purchase price.

  • International Orders (Outside USA): For all orders shipped outside the United States, Hyperdolly is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by your country. All such fees are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

4. Delivery Responsibility and Delays

Hyperdolly is committed to meeting dispatch deadlines; however:

  • We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance processes, or "force majeure" events (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, or global logistical disruptions).

  • Shipping dates provided at the time of purchase are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5. Buyer’s Obligation to Inspect

Upon delivery, it is the Buyer's responsibility to inspect the package before signing for it:

  • Do not accept packages that show signs of significant damage, such as being crushed, broken, or having torn packaging.

  • If you accept a package that is externally damaged, you must note the damage on the carrier's delivery record to allow for a future insurance claim.

  • Any missing items or internal damage must be reported to info@hyperdolly.com within 48 hours of receipt.

6. Unauthorized Use and Payment Issues

If a purchase is flagged as fraudulent or if a credit card charge is reversed by the bank after the product has been delivered, the Buyer remains legally obligated to return the product to Hyperdolly Inc. within 3 days or settle the full balance immediately. All return shipping costs in such cases are the responsibility of the Buyer.

7. Signature Required

Due to the high value of professional camera equipment, all Hyperdolly shipments require a direct signature upon delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or unattended drop-off locations.
